These are the questions we receive most often when using our products and services. Please check them if you would like to know more about our products.

 

Socks Care

Please turn your socks inside out before washing them. The synthetic fibers used inside of the socks for durability and elasticity are stronger than the natural fibers used on the outside for a soft touch. Washing them inside out helps prevent damage caused by friction during the wash.
Please keep the following precautions in mind:
🧦Do not use chlorine-based detergents or bleach, as they can damage the fabric and cause discoloration or fading.
🧦Washing the socks in a laundry net can help prevent snags, damage, and wear to the fabric.
🧦Avoid soaking the socks in detergent for extended periods or piling them up while still wet after spinning.
🧦Do not tumble dry, as it may damage the sock fabric.




When drying socks, hang them with the cuff (the elastic opening) facing up. If you hang them with the cuff down, it will take longer to dry and may cause the elastic to deteriorate over time.

Also, avoid direct sunlight. Instead, dry them in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Ultraviolet rays from the sun can cause colors to fade and may damage the elastic fibers.

When reversed, you’ll notice thread ends like the ones indicated by the arrows in the image. These threads are intentionally left as part of the knitting structure and are necessary for the sock's construction.

Please do not cut them under any circumstances.

 





GUTS-MAN socks are durable, but they are not immune to holes. For those who often experience holes in their socks, please refer to the following suggestions for improvement.
1. Improper shoe size → Make sure to wear shoes that fit properly.
2. Toenails are too long → Keep your toenails trimmed.
3. Toenails have sharp corners after cutting → File the corners of your toenails to make them rounded.
4. Dry and hardened calluses on the soles of your feet → Use a moisturizing cream to keep your feet smooth and hydrated.
5. Differences in the size or shape of your feet → Choose socks that fit the larger foot.
6. Walking too fast or too slowly, with poor posture → Try to walk with correct posture and avoid leaning forward or back too much.
7. Foreign objects (such as gravel) inside the shoes that aren’t causing noticeable discomfort → Turn your shoes upside down and thoroughly remove any debris.
8. Small damages or protrusions inside the shoes that aren’t causing noticeable discomfort → Inspect the inside of your shoes carefully for any issues.     *Please note that the number of days listed in the table represents the typical time it takes from when we (in Japan) ship via EMS until the package is delivered or handed over in the destination country/region. It is not calculated from the date you place the order.

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.              *Our distribution service and customer service are closed during weekends, Japan National Holidays, Bon Holidays (One week in mid-August), and New Year Holidays (One week from the end of December to the beginning of January ). 






Shipping is free of charge.


Return Policy


Yes, returns and exchanges are possible.
If the return or exchange is due to customer preference or circumstances, the shipping cost for returning the item as well as the cost of resending a replacement will be the customer's responsibility.

However, if the return or exchange is due to our error or a defect in the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
