Today, we would like to share a glimpse of the beautiful early summer scenery from our hometown—Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture, Japan, where all GUTS-MAN socks are born.
Right now in Japan, we are welcoming a wonderful season of fresh green leaves. Very close to our factory, there is a beloved local temple called "Ofusa Kannon Temple."

This temple is actually famous across Japan for a very unique reason: it is known as the "Temple of Roses."

Take a look at the photo!
Inside the grounds of this historic Japanese temple, thousands of vibrant roses are in full bloom. The contrast between the blossoms and the bright red lanterns overhead is absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful harmony between traditional Japanese architecture and Western roses.
We heard that these roses are carefully grown and cared for every single day with a heartwarming wish: "to soothe the hearts of everyone who visits."

At Ofusa Kannon Temple, you can enjoy various beautiful events throughout the year, not just the current Rose Festival:
■Spring & Autumn: The vibrant "Rose Festival"
■Summer: The "Wind Chime Festival," filled with the refreshing, cooling sounds of traditional glass chimes
■Early Summer: The lush "Hydrangea Promenade"
■Autumn & Winter: The magical "Lantern Festival," illuminating the temple with warm, mystical lights
*Please note:The blooming status of the flowers and event details may vary each year depending on the season and weather conditions.
*We highly recommend checking the official Ofusa Kannon Temple website for the latest updates before planning a visit.
While it is a place where you can experience the beauty of Japan's four seasons at any time, amazingly, admission to the temple grounds is completely free! It is truly a warm and welcoming place for both locals and travelers.
Our GUTS-MAN socks are crafted within this peaceful, gentle atmosphere of Kashihara City. Every single pair we ship to you is packed not only with top-notch durability but also with the beautiful essence of our hometown and our warm hearts.
If you ever have the chance to visit Japan, we would absolutely love for you to come and explore our beautiful hometown of Nara!
What is the season like in your town right now?
We hope you have a wonderful day ahead!
